How we handle your data
This notice covers the Be the Bot game at the Comwise booth. It explains what we collect when you register, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, company, official email, WhatsApp number, role, industry and what brought you to the booth.
- Your game answers, score and prize.
- Whether you agreed to be contacted, whether you agreed to product news and offers, and when.
Why we collect it
- To run the game, show the leaderboard and hand out prizes.
- To send your result on WhatsApp.
- To follow up about Comwise on WhatsApp or email, because you agreed to that when you registered.
- To send occasional product news and offers, only if you ticked that box.
The leaderboard shows only your first name, the initial of your last name and your company.
Who sees it
Comwise's team. WhatsApp messages go through Meta's WhatsApp Business service. The data is stored with our database provider, Supabase. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for up to 12 months after the event, then delete them. We delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see your details, correct them, stop all messages, or have everything deleted. On WhatsApp, reply STOP to stop messages. For anything else, email support@comwise.ai from the address you registered with, and we will act on it within 7 days.
